I reserve the right to turn down a commission request for any reason.

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to my TOS.

You need to inform me if the commission needs to be finished by a certain date. Additional fees could be added to the price depending of the time I have to do the commission.

All the digital pieces are print-ready format unless stated otherwise.

Prices will be given before commitments !

Discussion of details of the commission, such as posing, estimated completion time, etc.

The commissioned piece(s) will be paid half up front and half upon the completion of the commission.

I will need your approval between each steps ( sketch, line art, flat colors, shading, ect... )

You are free to request an update or a WIP whenever you feel like it !

My trademark will be in the center of all WIP but not in the finished product.

I will send your finished piece after full payment.

A full refund will be issued if the Client asks it before the Artist has started to draw it.

If the Artist has started to draw, only 50% of total amount can be refunded. If the client only paid the 50% upfront fees, the client is not eligible for any refunds.

If the commissioned piece is finished, there will be no refund.

All commissions are for personal use (unless discussed otherwise).

The Artist retains all rights on the commissioned piece(s).

If the commissioned pieces are posted on Social Media, the client will do their best to credit the artist.

The commission piece will be uploaded on the artist's social media, online galleries and online portfolio ( unless discussed otherwise ).
